registered landscape architects and/or licensed planners to join their
offices in Nashville and Memphis, TN and Princeton, NJ.
This national firm is recognized as a leader in the Traditional Neighborhood
Development movement. The firm offers complete planning services in addition
to design review, design guidelines and community research. Project types
include master planned communities, new and revitalized town centers, neighborhood
designs, multifamily for sale and for rent communities, resort and senior
assisted living communities.
Landscape architects/planners will be responsible for various phases
of a project, including client satisfaction and communication, marketing,
preparation of proposals, contributing to design direction, and production
of studies, designs and contract documents. A general knowledge of, and
interest in current nationwide planning trends and techniques including
Smart Growth, is desired. Computer proficiency and artistic ability
is helpful.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture
or Planning and at least seven years experience. Registration as
a landscape architect or AICP is required.
