architect and/or land planner to manage high-quality, large-scale residential
community planning projects in their Coral Springs, FL office.

The Senior Landscape Architect/Land Planner will be responsible for
coordinating all phases of a project - from assessing client needs to directing
staff work to monitoring budget and quality control. The ability
to maintain client satisfaction through communication and design ability
is imperative. Duties will include establishment of design direction and
management of the production of studies, designs and contract documents.
The ability to express client objectives in a design context and to translate
density and zoning issues into creative design solutions both graphically
and verbally is essential, as is an up-to-date knowledge of nationwide
planning trends and techniques.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture
or Planning and at least five years experience including two years in project
management. Registration as a landscape architect or an AICP is required.
