Project Architect
A national and award-winning architecture, planning and research and interior design firm presently is recruiting a Project Architect to join its newly established office in Orlando, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a design-oriented firm that is involved in a wide variety of project types. Headquartered in Memphis, TN, the firm is looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically inclined and capable of instilling a high level of quality and accuracy to production work with a minimum of supervision. The Project Architect will focus on production and demonstrate technical capability to produce design development and construction documents in AutoCAD from conceptual drawings. This person also will assist in conceptual and schematic design. This position requires an excellent understanding of building technology and structures, appreciation of quality design, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative environment. AutoCAD proficiency, a B. Arch and 7 to 10 years experience are required.
