Residential Design Architect

This firm has designed planned communities and award-winning single family and multifamily housing for many of the nation's best-known builders and developers for more than 20 years. As part of the firm's design team, this person will focus on conceptual work and express design ideas graphically by hand. The Designer also will establish design direction, participate in client presentations and research and development, and consult with project team members on detail and color when needed. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in production residential, an autonomous approach to task completion and a preference to develop design concepts collaboratively. At least three years of experience in residential design, a degree in architecture and exceptional graphic skills are required. A genuine interest in building or furthering a career in residential architecture is essential.
