Healthcare Architect Senior Project Manager

A senior architect who has solid experience working with complex healthcare projects is needed for a lead position in an international architecture, planning and interior design firm that specializes in healthcare and academic projects. This is an incredible opportunity to work for a highly respected architectural firm headquarted in San Francisco. This position is located in the firm's newest office in the heart of downtown Seattle. Through its recent merger with this top San Francisco firm the Seattle office is building on its existing strong Northwest client base. The firm is looking for a senior project manager who is exceptionally skilled in the areas of marketing, team leadership, strategic thinking and conceptual design.

This Senior Project Manager will lead a healthcare design team, actively market for healthcare projects, play a key role in existing and potential client relationships, influence design direction, conduct design reviews, maintain a targeted utilization rate and provide meaningful leadership to the Seattle office.

Qualified candidates will possess a B. Arch, 10 years of experience and current Washington architectural registration or NCARB certification. Demonstrated success in quality healthcare design, marketing architectural services, establishing strong client relationships and managing teams as well as projects are required. Experience in a well-respected, national healthcare practice and with academic medical facilities is ideal.
