Project Manager
Architects who are experienced with residential projects and enjoys managing multiple projects in a high-energy work environment are needed in the California offices of a well-known, national residential architecture and planning firm. This is a high profile position with one of the most successful and respected residential firms in the country. With nine offices and 170 employees nationwide, this firm offers ample opportunity for personal success and career growth. The firm has provided award winning design and planning services in the production residential market for more than 30 years. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project success, coordinating efforts from schematic design and code research through contract documentation and construction administration. The Project Manager also will be point of contact for clients, other staff members and subcontractors. This is an ideal position for the architect who enjoys dealing with technical issues and is good at the up-front, interpersonal aspects of the job. Qualified candidates will have at least five years experience managing projects, preferably in the residential sector. The ability to interpret and apply building codes is critical. A B.
