Project Architect
A unique opportunity to work as a Project Architect for a growing residential architecture and planning firm is available in two California locations, El Dorado Hills and Newport Beach. This strategic position requires a strong architectural background to oversee production and project documentation. The firm employs 170 people nationwide and has worked in the residential market for more than 30 years. Known for its ability to deliver quality design that is highly marketable, the firm provides award-winning services for master-planned, mixed-use communities that include condos, townhouses, apartments, senior housing, clubhouses, mid-rise buildings and single family. Project Architects will be involved in multiple projects, manage operations to ensure quality, efficiency and high design standards. Specific responsibilities may include client contact, staff management, project scheduling and coordination of deadlines, code compliance, and overall project production. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in architecture and at least three years experience assisting a design project through all phases. Architectural registration is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication along with a comprehensive knowledge of necessary reporting and code compliance are a must.
