Senior Intern Architect
Opportunities now exist for Senior Intern Architects to make a contribution to quality residential projects for a well-known, national residential architecture and planning firm. This position is instrumental in the success of the firm's award winning projects. Interns are needed to join the talented team of professionals in the firm's Eldorado Hills and Newport Beach offices. With nine offices and 170 employees nationwide, this firm offers ample opportunity for personal success and career growth. The firm has worked in the residential market for more than 35 years and is recognized as a leader for its ability to deliver quality design that is highly marketable. The firm provides services for master-planned, mixed-use communities that include condos, townhouses, apartments, senior housing, clubhouses, mid-rise buildings and single family. Senior Intern Architects work closely with Project Managers and assist in taking projects from design development through construction documentation, using CAD skills and code knowledge. Qualified candidates will have a B. Arch, at least three years experience, and eligibility for registration. The ability to use AutoCAD as well as hand drafting is essential to the success.
